Steve Heinen is President of RMI and has been administering the Georgia Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional Program (CWCP) since its inception in 1999. He has published numerous articles and training manuals and has written two books: the Employers Guide to Workers’ Compensation and the Agents Guide to Workers’ Compensation which will both be coming out in a second edition in 2019. Steve has conducted training and has been the keynote speaker at numerous company and industry functions. He was appointed by Governor Deal as a Board Director on the Subsequent Injury Trust Fund in 2010.

Tammy Heinen joined RMI in 2013 as Director of Clients Services after a 20+ year career in Asset Management where she served as President of an industry organization in 2008.
