Steve Heinen has been administering the State Board’s Claim Management Training Program (CWCP) since its inception in 1999 and developed the medical providers training program in 2006.  He has published numerous articles and training manuals and has written two books: the Employers Guide to Workers’ Compensation and the Agents Guide to Workers’ Compensation which will both be coming out in a second edition in 2017.  Steve has conducted training and has been the keynote speaker at numerous company and industry functions.  He was appointed by Governor Deal to Serve on the Subsequent Injury Trust Fund Board in 2010.

Tammy Heinen joined RMI in 2013 as our Director of Clients Services.  She has a 20+ year background in asset management and her operations background is helping take RMI to the next level.

Kathy Oliver began her career as an adjuster over 30 year’s ago.  She later became President of a large TPA and then joined the State Board of Workers’ Compensation as the Division Director of Licensure and Quality Assurance.  Kathy was later promoted to Deputy Chief Operating Officer.  She retired from the Board in 2010 and joined RMI as the manager of both the CWCP and Medical Provider Training Programs.  Kathy strongly believes in education and is happy to be working with the insurance community to provide the stakeholders with the tools they need to do an exemplary job.
